Meritage Executive Life Coaching

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

EXECUTIVE AND TEAM COACHING

“Time and time again, I have left my sessions with Susan significantly impressed with her insight, openness, and ability to help me identify the root of my challenges and then work through me to manufacture a high impact response. Her work seems to operate between two fields: one being high level vision and inspiration and the other being relevant day-to-day tactical actions for real change.”

Coaching executives to maximize
organizational performance by harnessing
the team’s unique blend of talents and values

Executive and Team coaching facilitates positive change with the goal of optimizing individual and organizational results. Meritage helps individuals and teams crystallize the impact they want to have, and enhance their leadership effectiveness as a catalyst to bring that vision to life.

Executive Coaching

While Team Coaching focuses on coaching the team as a whole system, Executive Coaching focuses on coaching the individual team member and maximizing their contribution. We coach executives to articulate and focus on what they want to create for their organization and for themselves, and clear the barriers that get in their way.

We coach leaders to:

  • “Hit the ground running” and make the most of the first few months in taking on a new role or leading a new organization

  • Motivate their teams to collaborate with a shared purpose, not compete with each other to the detriment of the firm

  • Create great clarity on the vision and outcomes they are working towards, and effectively communicate that vision to the rest of the organization

  • Become a master at developing bench strength, succession planning, prioritization, delegation to stop running from meeting to meeting and working a level below where they should be as a senior leader

  • Inspire others to be creative, take responsibility, and achieve results and create a culture that fosters honest conversations

  • Develop greater skill in managing conflicting priorities

  • Take greater risks in their role, and maximize the opportunity to work with a sounding board, devil’s advocate, cheerleader or challenger to help identify blindspots
