Susan Drumm, CPCC, JD
Founder and Managing Partner
“Susan’s greatest skills as a coach are her ability to ask pointed questions (“Great, so what two things can you do between now and when we meet next to make that happen?”) and her ability to delineate a problem in a way that makes it easier to understand and address. I chose Susan as a coach because she has created a meaningful life for herself and I believed she could help me do the same. My life is better as a result of work I have done with Susan and I am confident I am becoming the person I want to be.”A.M., COO
