Susan brings over fifteen years experience in leadership coaching and strategy consulting. She works with senior executives and their teams to develop an inspiring sense of who they are at their best and create specific goals and structures that bring that best self to life.

Her coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning expertise stems from her experience as an Associate Partner of The Trium Group, Director of Business Development and Master Black Belt at NBC, and a Senior Consultant at Boston Consulting Group; she received her JD From Harvard Law School, BS from Carnegie Mellon, MA from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and her coaching training from CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and TCI (Team Coaching International). She is the founder and managing partner at Meritage Coaching.

Susan combines her strategy and business background, with her experience as an actress in theater and film to help her clients become compelling influencers, presenters and master storytellers. She divides her time living between NYC and Scottsdale, AZ.

Steven brings 30 years of leadership, business and consulting experience. He is a CEO and executive coach dedicated to creating extraordinary business and leadership results. Steven takes leaders and their teams through a journey of exploration, inspiration and transformation in pursuit of personal and business effectiveness. He draws on his experience of 20+ years as a CEO himself, serving several high technology manufacturing companies, from which he created models for defining laser-focused goals and setting up business processes and structures ready for execution. Steven is best known for his innovative and out of the box strategic thinking.

Steven has an MBA and MIM from Thunderbird the Garvin School of International Management, and a BBA in International Marketing & Management from The City of New York University. Steven also trained in coaching, using the coaching models of Coach U University, an International Federation Coaching Certified school and Coach Lab University.

Zealous about life balance both for himself and others, Steven promotes quiet mindfulness practices such as meditation while also keeping his body on the move with sports, cross-training and competitive ballroom dance. Steven splits his time between the Arizona desert and the California coast.
